Executive Buy-Side Perspective: Having held senior roles accountable for enterprise technology architecture and investment decisions, Andrew brings invaluable understanding of the C-suite buyer mindset. He helps technology providers articulate differentiated value propositions that resonate with senior decision-makers—whether through strategic partnerships, co-creation opportunities, consulting approaches, or feature/pricing optimization.
Digital Transformation Leadership: At Nike, Andrew served as the HR executive partnering directly with the company's first Chief Digital Officer to architect and transform a 1,200-person digital organization into an industry-leading powerhouse. This work laid the foundation for Nike's recognition as the athletic industry's most digitally innovative player in 2019 and enabled its exceptional e-commerce growth throughout the pandemic.
More recently, Andrew collaborated with HEC Paris to develop and implement an immersive Digital & Data leadership program for Sanofi's executive committee, in which he was an active participant.
Strategic Business Acumen: Andrew brings decades of experience translating enterprise strategy into operational reality alongside C-suite leaders. His reach extends beyond HR—he has frequently partnered with CFOs on strategic initiatives and led the Strategy function for Nike's Jordan Brand.
