He is recognized for his collaborative approach to developing innovative, data-informed strategies that drive systemic and engaging human-centered change. Andrew embodies equal parts of curiosity, strategic thinking, and pragmatic execution.

Andrew discovered his passion for unlocking organizational potential during his MBA studies at IMD (Switzerland). This interest deepened when he joined IMD's faculty staff, collaborating on custom programs for Fortune 500 executives. This formative experience instilled Andrew's core philosophy: building internal organizational capability creates more sustainable value than relying on external consultants for temporary solutions.

His subsequent 18-year journey has been dedicated to helping C-suite leaders transform some of the world's most recognized enterprises across diverse industries. As a trusted senior leader at Nike, BlackRock, Shell and Sanofi, Andrew has consistently built teams and enterprise-wide initiatives that enable organizations to simultaneously perform and transform.

After 16 years based in Switzerland and the American West Coast, Andrew has returned as a "boomerang" UK citizen, and lives in Leamington Spa with his wife, Kristin, and two daughters. His global perspective, shaped by living and working across continents, informs his deep appreciation for leveraging cultural diversity as a strategic advantage.

Andrew holds an MBA from IMD and a Masters in Physics and French from Manchester University (UK). As both a UK and US citizen who previously managed cross-border responsibilities in France, he brings a truly international perspective to enterprise transformation (and files tax returns in three countries to prove it).
