I’m making a leap from corporate life in executive roles to something different. I’ve got an idea and need a change. I’m finding my Ikigai.
As a curious learner who has increasingly become an advisor to others (I’m not that old…but sorta) I felt it important to share this journey, to help and maybe inspire others who are on/considering this shift.
And I still have a lot to learn from others. See more below.

The benefits of community are well studied and self-evident.
As someone who chose to take the leap from corporate life in to entrepreneurship, I am looking to create a curious community of those who have made the jump, are in mid-air, or are considering stepping off the ledge.
My focus is helping global organizations and employees be their best to thrive and succeed.
You can see what my company (TalentOptima) offers in the "what we offer" section at the top of this page, and examples of our work in the "case studies section".
If your mission is markedly elsewhere (or you don’t agree/abide by the community pledge below), you will probably find other networks more helpful.
Either way, go get 'em.
The benefits of communities is well-documented. This a daunting but exciting transition, and for me, one that is more fun in the company of others.
I hope to create a community that supports each other on the journey and creates connections of mutual opportunity and help solve problems. One where we hold each other up, and inspire and recognize the courage needed to be an entrepreneur.
Firstly, I really enjoy building teams. It's what gives me energy, and I've been told I'm pretty good at it.
Secondly, I'm curious, and love getting inspiration from a diverse set of places and people.
Additionally, I hope to get the same as others from the Ready//Go//Launch community:
It's important that we have some ground rules for membership of this group.
